Structure |

Listed on
this page are recommendations that can be used when
volunteering for America when advancing American Defense
Forces (ADF) goals. Please remember, ADF is
an organization that encourages American citizens to volunteer
on their own behalf for America. ADF does not authorize any
individuals to act on ADF's behalf or as representatives of ADF.
As such, volunteers are free to use, or not use, the
recommendations below. |

Vote for
Leaders |
|
Due to the
decentralized organizational structure of ADF volunteers, it
is recommended that whenever two or more volunteers join in a
common mission that would benefit from having a leader, there
should be a vote among the volunteers to ascertain the leader
of the mission. The vote should determine the time period of
the leadership position, whether it be for a day, for the
duration of the mission, or other. The vote can be as simple
as a show of hands. Volunteers should put aside any
differences, personal or otherwise, and vote for the most
capable person for that mission, for the best interests of
America. Voting is, after all, the American way. |
|
Non-Confrontation |
|
Volunteers
should seek to avoid direct confrontations. For example, some
Americans have taunted illegal aliens at day labor centers
where the illegal aliens hang out waiting for prospective
employers, usually contractors seeking cheap labor for menial
tasks such as yard work or minor construction. This type of
confrontation (taunting) does not get to the root of the
problem, and only creates enemies from potential good
neighbors. Unfortunately at this time, American volunteers
cannot effectively take up arms on the US / Mexico border to
halt the foreign invasion. In this case, volunteers should
focus on non-confrontational ways to address the issue of
illegal immigration, to include: reporting companies and
contractors who hire illegal aliens, promoting anti-illegal
alien legislation, and working with U.S. law enforcement and
the Border Patrol whenever possible. |
